Following initial contact, the first step is to discuss your aspirations for your home more completely. 

This initial consultation allows us to refine your requirements and discover any possible constraints that may influence us during the design. 

Following this meeting, we will produce a project proposal with all deliverables clearly itemised.

For those clients who are unsure of their ideas and what they wish to achieve, we can provide an interim feasibility study service.

This service is beneficial for those clients who are stuck not knowing the best design solution to realise their dream home. 

Ultimately, a feasibility study helps to establish options, identify viability, and to  develop a core brief required to inform the full service. 

Following appointment and the production of any required consultant surveys, the first output from us will be a Concept Design. 

This initial set of design sketches will be based on our discussions with you and your core brief for your project, and should represent a solid design foundation for continuing collaborative design development. 

Following this an iterative design process of comment and revision continues until a refined design has been produced and you are happy to seek planning permission for your proposed scheme.   

 We can help with many types of Planning Application, from Permitted Development / Certificate of Lawfulness Applications through to Householder Applications and Full Plans Applications from new homes and developments.

We can also coordinate any third party Consultant information required for your application if required.

We will act as your Agent for the duration of your application and manage the process through to a decision. 

Once a Planning Permission is secured we can help to produce the further architectural information required to submit a Building Regulations application for Full Plans Approval.  

This application to the Local Authority covers the functional requirements of buildings in accordance with the Approved Documents.

To enable this we can assist in appointing other consultants, such as Structural Engineers who are required to input in to the structural design of your new home or extension. 

 We will coordinate the full  pack of information, submit and manage on your behalf.
